DAILY DEPARTURE FROM MAMACONA
(Place where the Peruvian Stepping Horse Contests are held, by the km 23 of the South Highway) :
In the mornings at 09:00
am.
In the afternoons at 14:30 pm.
THE SERVICES INCLUDES:
- Reception by our operator in Mamacona.
- A clear and well-detailed explanation of "Peruvian Stepping Horse".
- An explanation how to ride " The Peruvian Stepping Horse ".
- A horse riding of 2 or 3 hours length, according to the option that you have chosen.
- Optional
: Lunch in front of the beach San Pedro or in the town of Pachacamac (US$20 per person). Lunch time is
not considered at the time chosen for riding.
ITINERARY :
After the explanation about our Peruvian Stepping Horse, we start
our journey with our Rider guide. We leave from
Mamacona, go along the mountains in front of Pachacamac ruins, go
across the river and go into the Valley of Lurin, admiring the spectacular
view of the countryside and riding through the Dunes.
We go to the beach San Pedro, riding on the sand near the shore.
We enjoy our exciting riding, highlighted by the landscapes.
We return to Mamacona, where our journey is over. You can complete this excursion with a visit to the Temple of Pachacamac.

IMPORTANT NOTES :
This entertaining ride starts and finishes in Mamacona. If you are
interested in the activity, you should come on your own up to the
place where the Peruvian Stepping Horse Contests take place. However,
if you do not have your own transport, please contact us to offer
the appropriate transfers.
You will be escorted all the time by a guide who will be narrating
all the history of this beautiful animal.
